To make therapy available to more people, I also offer online consultations. This way, even if you cannot come to my office, you can still benefit from a psychological support.
How does it work?
When you first reach out to me, we will schedule a free 20min phone call. During this call, I will ask you basic questions about yourself (age, nationality, occupation, family situation etc) and about the reasons why you want to start a therapy. This phone call is also a chance for you to ask any questions you might have.
If you wish, we will then schedule an online appointment which can be done via Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp or even by phone if you prefer.
Each session lasts about 60min.
